| Summary, etc | 日常神學是一門思考與實踐並重的工夫，講究每天過耶穌基督忠心門徒的生活。神學不單只是禮拜天的事。門徒要在整個週末和平日每一天行道。神學是日常事務：為上帝的榮耀而活是全時間的特權和追求。對於積極踐行真理和生命之道的基督徒來說，日常神學是天職。 <br/><br/>神學服務教會的方式是指導上帝的子民以言以行體現上帝的愛、耶穌基督換來的和好，以及聖靈的交通。神學不單表述信念，也提出「生活的樣式」（designs for living）。可是，我們採取哪一種共同生活模式，卻取決於我們身處何方（和何時）：第一⋯⋯世紀巴勒斯坦的家庭教會與中世紀的修道院或現代的巨型教會，有天壤之別。福音在分殊的文化環境中，取稍有不同的表達形態。福音──上帝拯救的大能──能轉化文化；文化也喜歡回敬。日常基督徒要學習小心找出當行的路，透過五花八門的文化繞道，去跟隨耶穌基督的唯一道路。 <br/><br/>本書旨在教導基督徒了解文化土地上的神學地貌。與其說我們是窺探新土地，不如說是學習認識自己已居住的環境。保羅向雅典人論上帝的話也同樣適用於文化：「因著他我們可以生存、活動、存在」（徒十七28）。忠心的門徒需要明白聖經經文，但也需要明白身處的文化處境；他們需要兼通這兩種語言。 摘自《日常神學》 |
